Version 1.0 · last updated 10 July 2026 · governs use of lever.lu and the Lever platform
These Terms are the agreement between you and Lever for use of the platform. They are written to be clear about one thing above all: Lever is a tool that supports your professional judgment — it never replaces it. Please read them together with our Privacy Notice.
Lever scans companies for fiscal and employment optimisation opportunities and produces documented Output. Lever is a decision-support tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Output consists of estimates derived from public data and information you supply, and is intended to be reviewed by a qualified professional before any reliance on it or submission to an authority.
Accounts are available to (a) ITAA-certified accounting professionals and (b) business owners in respect of their own company (verified against the Belgian company register, KBO/BCE). You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. We may verify professional status and suspend accounts that fail verification. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
The Partner remains the professional of record and retains full professional responsibility for any filing made to a tax or social-security authority. The Partner must validate every EUR figure and the completeness of supporting documentation before submission. The Platform applies a documentation-completeness gate that flags missing mandatory items; the decision to override it and proceed rests with the Partner and is logged. Lever does not file with, and does not communicate on your behalf to, any authority.
You agree not to:
Paid tiers, the minimum active-client commitment (measured as a quarterly average, so quiet months do not trigger a floor charge), and the Success Fee are described at registration and in the applicable order. Subscriptions renew for the selected term unless cancelled before renewal. The Success Fee is invoiced only when a dossier is submitted to the authority; where a submitted claim is later rejected, the corresponding Success Fee is credited back under the credit mechanism. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Failed payments trigger a clearly-communicated grace period before any suspension — never a silent lockout.
The Platform, the lever engines, templates, benchmarks and anonymised datasets are and remain the property of MAYDA SRL. You retain ownership of your Client Data and receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Output for your clients. On termination, you may export your Client Data (CSV) within 30 days.
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice. Where you process Client Data through the Platform, you and Lever act as joint controllers under a Joint Controllership Agreement (Article 26 GDPR), which allocates transparency and data-subject-rights responsibilities between us.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Output is generated from public and Partner-supplied data and may be incomplete or inaccurate; we do not warrant any particular financial result, recovery amount, or acceptance by any authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Lever is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the decision to submit a claim, which remains the Partner’s professional responsibility. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold MAYDA SRL harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or a submission made without validating the Output as required in section 4.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Platform. Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order or for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the Platform, other users, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — intellectual property, liability, data protection, and governing law — continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the Platform develops. We will notify material changes in advance and revise the version and date at the top. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The competent courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. We will always try to resolve a dispute amicably first — contact legal@lever.lu.
