Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to lever.lu and the Lever platform

1. Agreement

By accessing lever.lu or using the Lever platform, you agree to these terms. Lever is operated by MAYDA SRL, a company incorporated in Belgium. If you use Lever on behalf of an accounting firm, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that firm.

2. What Lever is

Lever is an automated financial diagnostic tool. It scans public company data to identify potential fiscal and employment optimisations and generates supporting documentation. Lever is a decision-support tool, not professional advice.

3. Professional responsibility

The figures Lever produces are estimates based on public data. The accounting professional or user remains the professional of record and is responsible for validating every figure and every document before it is submitted to any authority, including SPF Finances / FOD Financiën. Lever does not file anything on your behalf.

4. No warranty on figures

While Lever is built around Belgian fiscal and social law, we do not warrant that any estimate is complete, accurate for a specific case, or accepted by the relevant authority. Regulatory rules change and individual circumstances vary. Use of Lever output is at your professional discretion.

5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property

The Lever platform, engine, brand, and content are the property of MAYDA SRL. Documentation generated for your clients is yours to use in your professional practice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Lever's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Lever is not liable for decisions made, or filings submitted, on the basis of its output.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
